JOHN DULICH

John grew up mostly in Southern California. During this period his family moved several times, in two-year intervals. In this situation one learns to amuse himself and he was always busy working at something. In middle school he was enrolled in wood shop class. The instructor was very disciplined and an excellent teacher, who taught that one must finish the bottom of the coffee table, the same as the top. John discovered he had a special gift, building fine furniture. One thing led to another, and years later John found himself at the School of Architecture at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, where he earned his degree in Architecture and Construction Engineering. After college John joined Hamilton Contractors in Newport Beach where he spent 5 wonderful years building commercial projects. Jack Hamilton was a special guy, and it wasn’t easy for John to say goodbye, but go he did, and moved to the North County Coastal area to start his own company. That was 1987, so he’s been at it long enough to learn a few things. John is big on those qualities that produce good character; Courteous, integrity and hard working. Humor and having fun cannot be left out. John would describe himself as organized, creative and detail oriented. His motto is to treat everyone the same as you would like to be treated, and it shows in both his professional and personal lifestyle.
